| Omnis - The Partnered Approach

Omnis’s approach to ensure the success of any construction project is to be aware of the real needs of the project in terms of its delivery and ultimate goals. As a priority we set out to promote and actively develop a proactive relationship, rather than reactive one, where all parties are prepared to change but where differences are respected and future success can be appreciated.
It is important that the project should benefit from and the partnership formed and not just become an excuse to have a cosy relationship. Subsequently, friendly but businesslike dealings must be maintained throughout with the common goal to benefit the overall project and an appreciation of what can be developed and achieved by the team. We believe in having integrity in all our dealings, and to encourage open communication at all times.
Partnering is not a soft option but it is rewarding, the more you put in the more you get out. As part of a project team we would look to play a full role throughout the project and see ourselves as key drivers in the design process, however, we would not look for remuneration for these efforts.
Specialist subcontractors and suppliers are considered as part of the team; their experience and contribution to the buildability of the project will assist greatly in driving out inefficiencies leading to shared savings in both time and cost. Omnis Construction Limited has built up and established a reputation for working closely with subcontractors and suppliers to exceed our client’s expectations. We don’t always get it right, this is after all a people business and people often make mistakes. However, it is of course, how you handle mistakes that make the difference and we think we do that well.
We are clear that through partnership we are be able to identify and prioritize design opportunities, plan and implement solutions and continuously improve the design process as part of a team effort and, further believe that by adopting a proactive partnered approach with the project team, cost and time considerations will be achieved to the mutual benefit of all parties. |
